The front headlight assembly of the Li Auto L9 features a flush glass design, integrating LED headlights with both high and low beams, intelligent supplementary lights, LED turn signals, and intelligent driving auxiliary lights. This design not only exudes a strong sense of technology but also offers the best illumination effect in its class. The hidden mechanical door handle design and variable intake grille effectively reduce high-speed wind resistance, placing the Li Auto L9's drag coefficient at an excellent level among all luxury full-size SUVs. The side profile exhibits an elegant stance and proportions, with a design free of complex or redundant lines. Larger windows and improved driving visibility provide a strong sense of security for the family.

The Li Auto L9 comes standard with metallic paint in four colors: gold, silver, gray, and black, as well as three special edition paints: purple pearl, green pearl, and blue cold light. The interior offers three style options: black and white, black and brown, and black and orange dual-tone interiors. The standard wheels are 21 inches, with two style options: silver-gray dual-tone and black-gray dual-tone wheels. Additionally, an electric running board is available as an optional feature.

The power system of the Li Auto L9 consists of a 1.5T engine (range extender) combined with front and rear dual electric motors. The range extender has been upgraded from the 1.2T three-cylinder engine in the previous Li Auto ONE to a 1.5T four-cylinder engine produced by Li Auto Xincheng, with a thermal efficiency of 40.5%. In fuel mode, the thermal oil consumption is 5.9L/100km (CLTC cycle), and the WLTC cycle fuel consumption is 7.8L/100km.
